With this short walk so close to where we were spending a couple of nights in Batemans Bay it was a great option to complete the day.

Total climbing: 95 m
Total descent: -91 m
Average speed: 4.14 km/h
Total time: 00:43:07

From the road we walked along the sandy headland track through coastal scrub, much of which I’m sure must have been coastal banksia. With plenty of shady trees along the way, this would be good on a hot day.

Once at the headland the is a prominent bump that you can walk out onto if you are confident with a bit of exposure. The views up and down the coastline are a little limited from this point but we enjoyed watching the swell beneath us.
