Tuesday 17/07/2018 Stanwell Park – Sublime Point

The walk combines several hiking tracks but is easily navigated. It offers scenic views of the stunning Illawarra coastline and beaches. It is best to have a car at each end making it a pleasant one way walk.
Stanwell Park viewed from the escarpment.[/caption]We arrived at Sublime Point lookout but were disappointed the cafe was closed and appeared to be in a state of disrepair. From here, we descended the 400+ steps and several ladders back to the car.
We really enjoyed this day walk with great views. It was not too taxing in length or difficulty.
