We had a pretty relaxed start today thinking the walk was just over 10km and just as we were about to start Steve realised his watch needed to be charged so we waited a further 30 minutes, finally heading off just after 10:00am.

We were pretty exhausted in the morning after a tough couple of days walking, so we started the day having morning tea with our friends Trish and Dave and having a look around the Mount Field Visitors Centre.

Our start was a little slow this morning after our big Mount Anne walk yesterday and decided to change campgrounds to Mount Field National Park (first in gets a spot). After organising a lovely spot by the river we headed up the road towards Lake Dobson, only 16km but about half an hour on a winding dirt road.
