This travel blog and photo gallery comprises decades of adventures completed with like-minded people, lifelong friends and occasionally solo. It is based on a variety of written records and my extensive photographic archives. It is also incomplete as there were many trips undertaken without either a camera or diary. If you have been on any trips with us, especially those not yet recorded in this record, we would value and acknowledge any contributions you could make.

Our goal is to continue adding to these memories until our legs will not carry us another step – then sit back and reminisce on what we have forgotten along the way.
